All engagement services, including fractional COO, CPO, CIO roles, and consulting services, are provided on a strictly confidential basis. The following terms apply to all service engagements:

• Engagements are contracted on a project or retainer basis as mutually agreed
• All information shared during engagements is subject to strict confidentiality
• Scope of work and deliverables must be clearly defined in writing prior to engagement commencement
• Payment terms, timelines, and success metrics will be outlined in individual engagement agreements
• Both parties agree to professional conduct and respectful communication
• Intellectual property created during engagements is owned as per the engagement agreement
